Annotations

Users with whom a document is shared can view the document in the Share & Approve Viewer, and can add comments, named "Annotations". In ArtPro+ you can see those annotations and add annotations yourself.

The Share & Approve panel will show a list of all annotations, indicating the content and the user who added the annotation
Using the dropdowns, you can filter the list of annotations based on the user, or based on the review state of the annotation.
By default, Show All is selected, so all notes are shown in your document. Use Show Selected to only show the annotations selected in the list, or Hide All to hide all annotations.
For every annotation, you can:
- Enter a reply
- Click the More button and set a State for the annotation: Accepted, Rejected, Cancelled, Completed or None.
- Click the More button and Duplicate, Edit or Delete the annotation.

Note: Annotations added in the Share & Approve Viewer are not immediately visible in ArtPro+. To load new annotations, click the Refresh button
