This describes how to upgrade WebCenter 10.1, 10.2, 12, 14 to the latest build of WebCenter 16.
This procedure applies to all upgrade installations of WebCenter 16.1, even to "minor" updates between builds of the same version.
This procedure is fairly complex and involves direct manipulation of core application and database files.
